Deliberately broken dialog / Escape exits

Reproduce a focus escape.

Use this broken dialog to record a known keyboard failure. Escape always closes it.

Reproduction recipe

  1. Start A11y Interaction Trace on this tab.
  2. Activate Open quick edit.
  3. With focus on “Project name,” press Shift + Tab.
  4. Observe that focus escapes to “Background help.”
  5. Press Escape to close safely, then export.
Expected: reverse-Tab should wrap to Cancel.
Actual: it lands behind the dialog on Background help.
